1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ANTHILL (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ANTHILL provides Steam-page diagnosis, Free Roast feedback, Launch Kit follow-up tools, and related launch-readiness outputs for indie game teams. The Service helps analyze information you provide about your game project and returns product, positioning, and launch feedback.
3. Account Registration
You may be able to access public pages or limited first-pass features without creating an account. An account is required for account-bound features such as saving or reopening outputs, sharing protected results, purchasing paid products, or accessing protected workspace areas. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for content you create using ANTHILL and how you use that content.
5. Generated Launch Outputs
Content generated by ANTHILL is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of generated content. You retain ownership of content you create using our platform.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property
The ANTHILL platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ANTHILL and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your game content and the generated outputs produced using your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANTHILL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination by contacting support.
