By accessing or using ANTHILL (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ANTHILL is an AI-powered go-to-market operating system for indie game studios. The Service provides AI agents that generate marketing content, press materials, store copy, and other outputs based on information you provide about your game project.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use ANTHILL. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for content you create using our AI agents and how you use that content.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by ANTHILL’s AI agents is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You retain ownership of content you create using our platform.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property
The ANTHILL platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ANTHILL and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your game content and the AI-generated outputs produced using your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANTHILL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination by contacting support.
